        Retail Operations Manager (Camden)

        A new opportunity has arisen within the Retail Operations team, reporting into the Retail Ops Controller this role will be responsible for managing the operational function of the retail division, providing centralised support to field and store teams.  They will be required to manager all aspects of weekly retail message board and key internal communication, the systems and administration procedures required to support the operation of the retail channels and will act as a key contact between head office departments, Client Services and Retail Field team

         

        This individual will preferably 1-2 years experience as Retail Operations Manager, proven knowledge and experience of retail operations and retail environments, Project Management Skills, experience in creation of operational procedures, process improvement and operational manuals and documentation and good word, excel and power point skills essential.

        This varied role includes loading bottles onto lines, operating filling line machinery, replenishing machinery with caps and stacking finished boxes onto pallets.   You will also be responsible for carrying out packing duties as part of the production chain, and ensuring that the companies health and safety standards are observed and followed at all times.  

         

        Ideal candidates will have experience of production and packing duties along with working to deadlines, with minimal supervision.  In addition you will have good manual handling skills and be both literate and numerate.

        Integration Support Analyst (Green Street)

         

        Integration Support Analyst (Green Street)

         

        The Integration Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting integrations between key internal and 3rd party systems.  Liaising closely with internal business stakeholders, and 3rd party systems integrator to improve existing and assist with the new integrations. Key responsibilities also include:

         

        ·         use Oxygen service desk software to track all incidents, service request and projects

        ·         day to day support and monitoring of integration between internal and external systems

        ·         on-going management of integration improvements in efficiency, reliability and scalability

        ·         provide 2nd/3rd level support for integration components with warehouse, back office systems (ERP, WMS, CRM & Finance)

        ·         assist in resolving technical problems with internal and external development teams

        ·         proactively provide recommendation to improve system usability and development

         

        The ideal candidate will have previous experience of supporting integration components in relation to ER, CRM or Business Intelligence and with supporting enterprise level applications.  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software defects and follow the support processes in logging, tracking and updating software defects.  Ability to Unit test all developed software and undertake the resolution of any issues that may be found.  You will have excellent communication skills; ideally will have experience working with distributed teams and external stakeholders.  A strong knowledge with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, DTS and a good level of understanding with regard to web services, SOAP and SSIS.

        A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident individual, to join our Learning and Development team.  Reporting to the Training Manager, this role focuses on delivering our specified training programmes to retail to ensure existing and new employees along with third party brand representatives are provided with in-depth knowledge of our products to maintain excellent sales, service delivery standards.  

        In this role you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating others, through your ability to teach in an engaging manner whilst delivering product workshops   

                    The key responsibilities also include:

        ·         Developing the selling skills of the Molton brown team and positively impacting sales performance in all areas of the business  

        ·         Building relationships with clients and employees & communicating the brand philosophy 

        ·         Providing and evaluating training feedback & effectiveness 

        ·         Completing training reports and keeping accurate attendance records for individual delegates that have attended training

        ·         Maintaining a high level of commercial awareness of the industry

        You will have strong presentation skills, excellent time management and planning/organisation skills.  Previous teaching experience within a similar role is required, and ideally you will have a teaching certificate.   Due to the nature of this role and the location of our retail emporiums, you must be an independent traveller as extensive travel and overnight stays will be required for periods of up to 6 weeks at a time.  We are seeking an individual that is based in the South of the UK, or willing to relocate and it is also imperative that you hold a full UK Drivers License.
