The Aquatic fern is a unique Amazonian river plant that is an osmotic hydro-regulating active. It locks in moisture to provide long-lasting, intense, hydration properties.
Includes ceramides which regulate the rate of moisture loss through the lipid barrier of the stratum corneum, restoring firmness to the skin and increasing cell cohesion, making it smoother and more resilient.
The phospholipids assist in enhancing the skin's lipid barrier function while protecting and preserving a healthy skin function. Also contains camellia oil which replaces natural oils, soothes and softens the skin.
The amino acids are the building blocks of proteins that play a major role in metabolism, growth and maintenance and repair of tissue. They assist in the skin's production of collagen and elastin. The sodium hyaluronate: a humectant, a moisture magnet that binds and attracts moisture to the skin.
