Search Coordinator - Fixed Term 6 Months (Camden)

The primary focus of this role is the day-to-day management of our paid search (PPC) accounts.  In addition, the job holder will work with the CRM Manager and use analytics tools to help optimise usability and search engine optimisation (SEO) in line with the Molton Brown brand values.

 

The key responsibilities of the role will include;

• Developing PPC creatives globally
• Optimising listings and bid management to optimise ROI
•  Establishing most effective landing pages for PPC adverts to keywords level
• Liaising and building a good relationship with our external search agency
• Liaising with our offline marketing team regarding PPC and SEO campaign integration
• Researching market trends, responding to seasonal market fluctuations and modifying PPC and SEO campaigns accordingly
• General SEO analysis

 

Ideal candidates will have hands on PPC experience gained in a consumer-facing transactional e-commerce business environment.  A key requirement of this role is to analyse data and draw out pertinent observations using web analytics for the purpose of understanding and optimising web usage.  You will be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and have proven numerical skills.

Principle Scientist (Green Street)

Reporting to the VP of Research & Development, the Principle Scientist will develop innovative technology models to deliver against consumer needs and deliver new technologies into high promise product platform in collaboration with internal and external partners.

You will develop a relevant internal capability in rheology, colloid and surfactant sciences and apply this capability to identify relevant variable influencing behaviour of new and novel materials / products.

Working closely with cross functional teams and external collaborators, as appropriate, you will relate this identified behaviour to sensorial perception so as to produce new insights and inventions that add value.

Ideal candidates will have studied in Chemistry or a closely related to field to a high academic level as well has possessing direct industry experience.

The ability to think critically, creatively and implement novel approaches and thinking are all key requirements. You will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills together with the ability to work effectively in a multi disciplinary environment.

Quality Control Assistant (Green Street)

Reporting to the Quality Coordinator Components you will assist in the routine quality inspection tests of components, filing and packing, for incoming components such as caps, bottles, tubes, cartons jars etc. 

 

Responsibilities also include laboratory testing when necessary, maintaining packaging standards library, QC checks at distribution depot when required and assisting in other areas of the quality control department.

 

Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of quality requirements of packaging, ability to follow procedures and provide accurate reporting and GMP requirements.

 

You will also have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and have excellent communication skills. A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, databases and Outlook is also desirable.
