      Purchasing Administrator - Elsenham, near Bishops Stortford

      A great opportunity has arisen for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team in Green Street. This role will provide dedicated support to the purchasing team together with maintaining good relationships with all of our suppliers.

      The key focus of this role is to work within the framework of critical paths to raise purchase orders for first time orders for projects, obtain quotes from suppliers, actively chase deliveries of products ordered and provide delivery updates when required.

      Web Designer - Camden

      Reporting to the Online Marketing Manager, this new role will be responsible for creating and maintaining all online design for Molton Brown globally from initial concept to completion. Working closely with the wider Direct Marketing team, territory marketing teams and customer services you will use your digital creative expertise to develop our brand promise, enhance the online customer experience and drive conversion. You will be an individual who takes pride in converting your own design work into code and be able to contribute to offline print concepts and design.

      With a background in design, multi-media or computer science, ideal candidates will possess exceptional design sense combined with commercial experience of working in a design environment, either agency or client-side. It is essential that you have a proven track record of designing leading edge transactional websites, understand web publishing processes including digital and technical design terminology and are able to hand code HTML, XHTML, CSS. Working knowledge of JavaScript, Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX, Photoshop are also key requirements.

      You will be a highly organised individual who is detail-oriented and able to manage time and projects effectively. You will confident in presenting well reasoned cases for all design decisions and be able to respond positively to changing priorities.

      Search Coordinator - Camden, London

      We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to manage the day-to-day management of our paid search (PPC) accounts. Working closely with our external search agency, you will be responsible for PPC creatives, establishing effective landing pages for PPC ads to keywords level, optimising listings and bid management and researching market trends to modify campaigns accordingly. Most importantly, you will be responsible for optimising ROI for the PPC channel globally.

      As well as focusing on PPC, you will also help improve usability and SEO for the site using site analytics and customer feedback, ensuring it is a dynamic place where people will want to shop and discover comprehensive information about all areas of our business globally whilst ensuring all activity is in line with Molton Brown brand values.

      Your proven PPC marketing skills gained within a specialist agency or in-house will make you a true expert in this exciting and rapidly-developing field and, as such, you will be confident in putting forward your own ideas as we constantly review and refine our strategy. With proven numerical skills you will also be able to delve into data to draw out pertinent observations to inform business decisions. Passionate about the challenge and all elements of the customer experience, you will possess a profound interest in online marketing and have a 'sixth sense' for PPC.

      Technical Officer - Elsenham, near Biashops Stortford

      Responsible to the Technical Manager, this role will assist in ensuring that Molton Brown products comply with regulatory obligations, globally.

      Key responsibilities will include liaising with the R&D team to establish the legal status of ingredients & claims that can be substantiated, globally, organising and monitoring all 3rd party testing, collating, organising and managing relevant documents for product information packs and managing product registration/notification for all new innovations for new & existing markets.

      Ideal candidates will have experience in consumer products (preferably cosmetics industry) with knowledge of consumer product regulations. In addition experience in Research & Development and / or regulatory affairs is preferred. You must be proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, proven ability of providing detailed and accurate work and have strong organisational & inter-personal skills.

      Contact Centre Advisor (Dayshift) - Green Street

      We are looking for a full time Contact Centre Advisor within Molton Brown's Direct customer services team.

      You will have an excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills in order to provide a high level of customer service to our Molton Brown Direct customers.

      Your key duties with include processing customer orders received via telephone, post, fax or email, dealing with customer credit card and cheque payments and offering advice to customers with regards to product / company information.

      You must be able to multi-task and feel happy working under minimal supervision.

      Technical E-Commerce Manager - Elsenham, near Bishops Stortford

      This key role will be responsible for the overall management of the Ecommerce system including day-to-day support and on-going development.

      You will provide 2nd and 3rd level support for integration components with warehouse, payment provider and internal systems whilst working closely with both internal and external teams to define requirements; manage development and testing to production. A confident communicator, you will be expected to provide regular updates to senior management on progress in implementing new web initiatives and overall business results for the channel. The role will also be responsible for managing macro and micro technical improvements in natural SEO, proactively providing recommendations to improve system usability and development and the management of all company domain names.

      Candidates must have previous experience managing ecommerce applications and development, a strong working knowledge of transactional website concepts, technologies and trends and crucially experience working with development teams and have knowledge of testing, user training and documentation. It is essential that you also have experience working with metric tools (e.g. Core Metrics, Google Analytics). Experience of Japanese language (Unicode)/multilingual websites is an advantage.

      Reporting to the Office Manager, this role is responsible for the smooth running of the reception area, providing a professional image and a high standard of service to customers, visitors and prospective employees.

      Your main responsibilities will include meeting and greeting visitors in an efficient manner, dealing with all outgoing mail, organising couriers, answering and directing all incoming calls in a professional and calm manner, maintaining all conference room bookings and monitoring stationary stocks and consumables.

      Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working within an administrative / receptionist role with the ability to prioritise workload and a sound knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with immaculate personal presentation.
