Job: Area Sales Education Trainer

Location: London/Field Based Nationwide

Description:

The role in a nutshell

  • Support the delivery of commercial success by partnering with the area retail team to meet and exceed the agreed trading goals.
  • Lead inspires and coach the store and third party sales teams through coaching and product training.
  • Area based in the North and Scotland

Essential skills and experience

  • Commercial savvy, with a proven track record (KPI targets) in a premium high service orientated retail environment
  • Appreciation and understanding of the beauty retail industry including who the best of class brands are and why they are successful
  • Understands the psychology of selling, what is important and how to deliver what the customer wants whilst maximising the sales opportunity to the company
  • Developed and strong coaching skills
  • Ability to inspire individuals to perform at a distance
  • Developed communication skills including both verbal and written

 

Preferred skills and experience

  • Participated in a sales education / training programme which resulted in a significant sales uplift?
  • Experience in a multi format retail brand with operations in company owned stores, departmental store concessions, wholesale partners and distribution based businesses.
