    Yuan zhi relaxing shower gel

    An intensely moisturising bathing therapy to relax the body and mind. Mango oil conditions the skin, while fragrance essential oils of vanilla, ylang-ylang and rose help to soothe the senses. Yuan zhi is a wild plant from southern China, used traditionally to balance energies and calm the spirit.

Yuan zhi helps to combat stress, reduce restlessness, promote peaceful sleep, as it calms and soothes the spirit. The mango oil is an anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory restorative skin conditioner. The aromatic oils of vanilla, Ylang Ylang, and rose are essential, relaxing, yet uplifting and the wheat protein high in vitamin E is a skin energiser and conditioner. A perfect treat for the last bath of the day.

For bathing, pour 25 - 30mls under a running tap. Lie back, luxuriate and relax in the enriched foam. In the shower, apply 5 - 10mls to a sponge or washcloth and smooth over the body, massaging towards the heart to boost circulation.
